"A little boy with a green shirt..."

So this picture was taken at the zoo last week. Marnee and I met last Friday to have an outing with cousins. I took this picture by the flamingos because my thought was, "this is the cutest kid I've ever seen!" So, after Marnee left, I was walking out of the parking lot with Erica and all our kids and we were crossing the bridge and saw some turtles in the water below. The kids loved counting them and after I had taken a picture and was ready to walk out to the car I looked up and my stroller was empty. Joseph was NO WHERE in sight. I started yelling for him and nothing... I started panicking, in a matter of five or ten minutes I went from laughin at turtles to hysterical crying because I couldn't find my son. The zoo people wanted a description and all I could say was "a little boy with a green shirt and blonde hair"... While I was desperately running around the bridge, down the stairs leading down to the water, scanning the parking lot etc. I heard Erica yelling my name. They had found him!! Back at the front near the entrance of the zoo. He came running up to me and kissed my face and giggled. I have never been so terrified in all my life. My prayers were very long that night as I thanked Heavenly Father for helping me find "a little boy with a green shirt"!

Happy Birthday Bekah!!

Our beautiful Bekah turned five this year! We had a royal princess party. If you click on this picture and make it full frame you will see our "Wall of Fame!" It is so much fun each birthday to review photos and memories and choose some of our favorites for the "wall"!
We love our BEKAH!!
Seven lovely ladies!! We had Joyschool at our house and then the girlies stayed for an extra hour for games, cake and fun!! SMILE!!
Thinking about her birthday wish...
We can't believe our sweetheart is five!! But she promised to stay five forever... and six, and seven, and eight...

Happy Birthday Spencer!

Spencer turned ONE!! We went to the park for a fun picnic lunch! He is the cutest little red-headed kid EVER!!

Okay, so Joseph found my car keys at the park and kept pushing the panic button over and over. The lights would start flashing and the horn would start honking and it kept him entertained until immediately after this picture because the sound was driving me nuts! (he does this at home too!) He's bending over so that he can SEE the lights flashing!
WE LOVE YOU SPENCER!!

This is before dinner...

This is after dinner!! We have a family tradition to have a spaghetti dinner when someone turns one! Spencer got to feed himself and be all big and grown up!! Thank goodness for Lysol wipes! Don't you love that blue frosting!?

Strange sighting!

Okay, so look closely at this picture... Anything seem a little strange!?
So as we were driving home from UT last month (it's about a ten/eleven hour drive) I found myself getting a little sleepy after about eight hours. But after seeing this, I had no problem staying awake for the rest of the trip because everytime I thought of it, I would start cracking up! At first I really thought the huge semi was going in reverse until I got closer and realized it was just being towed by another semi!! Joseph thought it was mmm-mawesome!!

Happy Easter

We had a wonderful Easter this year. Spring is gorgeous in AZ!! We went to the AZ temple grounds before church and walked around and enjoyed the beautiful smells and sights of our favorite place on earth! I can't believe this is our Mikayla! Isn't she beautiful!?
This is classic Bekah! We're just glad she left this one in the ground! I can't wait to show this pict. to his future wife!

We also enjoyed having Nana here for a few days and are so thankful for her help in driving us down from UT! THANKS NANA!
