Here it is!! Our first official home purchase. We are very excited to have a home we call our own. Which I'm still wondering why if we have a mortgage payment to a bank for the next thirty years why aren't they the ones coming to fix leaky faucets and broken pool pumps? Isn't that what someone does who holds the lein of a home?! How is a bank any different from a Landlord yet somehow excempt from all the maintenance and care?! I'm telling ya, I shouldn've been in the banking business... they have it all!
Seriously though, we are enjoying the space and stability and look forward to years of adventure and growth and memories. I'm still working on personalizing the inside!! Before and after pics. to come...

Your home is gorgeous! I love the palm trees! Congrats on the big purchase. And by the way, I agree with you and the bank coming to do the maintenance. I think they should bring a maid and landscaper out too.
